David has been involved in a diverse range of property development projects, ranging from commercial, residential, retail and hospitality through to civic and sports / entertainment related projects. This breadth and depth of experience provides a foundation from which to mould a long-term vision as well as meet the practical and individual needs of each project. His key skills are founded in an ability to communicate readily with clients, consultant teams and approval authorities. He also ensures that when project challenges are encountered, they are met with innovative and effective “solutions”.

David’s demonstrated skills have been developed from his involvement in leadership roles at Baulderstone Hornibrook (National Development Director) and CBRE (Development Director).

Since establishing DPS, David has participated directly on significant established projects such as Moonee Valley Racing Club, SAJC Morphettville Racecourse, Sandhurst and Silverwoods Residential Golf Estates, IKON at Glen Waverley, Macquarie University Research Park, Tenerife Wharves redevelopment, Melbourne Magistrates Court, Cumberland at Lorne and the initial development of Melbourne Central. In many instances, the company’s involvement in particular projects has been through the direct assignment of David acting in the capacity of Development Director.

Currently, David has been engaged by a leading Melbourne residential developer to implement and establish a broad and diverse range of future commercial property projects.
